All charges above include transportation within Accra, except Pokuase, Amasaman, Kasoa, Oyarifa, Tema, Spintex, Sakumono and surrounding areas, which attract a flat transportation fee of GHS 400.
Bookings outside Accra are limited to the SDS Premium and SDS Super-Premium packages for eligible one-day and two-day events.
Travel outside Accra or outside Ghana will be by round-trip flight only, except for locations where flights are unavailable.
If the Artist misses a flight due to an incorrect booking or another client-related error, a GHS 2,000 penalty will apply.
The client is responsible for all flight tickets and accommodation costs, including hotel/Airbnb expenses.
Bookings must be agreed upon by both the Artist and client, with details shared with the Artist at least two weeks before the event.
For bookings outside Accra or outside Ghana, the client is responsible for the Artist's feeding or may provide a daily allowance of:
GHS 1,000 per day OR USD 200 per day.
A 40% non-refundable, non-transferable retainer/deposit is required to secure the booking date.
Any changes to the date made one month after the retainer may incur additional charges at the Artist's discretion.
Full payment is due at least one week prior to the event.
We do not accept payments, particularly cash payments, on the day of the event.
Clients must report any skin conditions or allergies related to makeup application or specific makeup products at the time of booking.
Clients agree not to hold SHULAMITE DE STYLIST, its assistants or agents responsible for allergic reactions resulting from conditions or allergies that were not disclosed.
Bridal team makeup and hairstyling services will be provided by professionally trained makeup artists and hairstylists from our team should the Head Artist be unavailable.
SHULAMITE DE STYLIST may use client images/photographs on its website, social media pages, flyers, brochures and advertising platforms for promotional purposes.
Clients who do not want their image published must state this at the time of booking. Their request will be respected, and an MOU can be signed if required.
The Makeup Artist has the right to perform services in a respectful and safe environment.
No verbal or physical abuse, threats, insults, harassment or unreasonable behavior toward SHULAMITE DE STYLIST or its team will be tolerated.
If any team member feels unsafe or is subjected to disrespectful behavior, the team reserves the right to terminate services immediately without a refund.
SHULAMITE DE STYLIST shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including strikes, fires, storms, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, natural catastrophes or other events beyond its control.
If the client cancels or reschedules the booking within 14 days of the event, no refund will be given, and the client will be responsible for costs incurred by SHULAMITE DE STYLIST.
If SHULAMITE DE STYLIST cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be given or an alternative date can be arranged.
